As one not directly in the trade they took the time to answer my questions and provided everything I needed. Actavo Direct is a very easy company to deal with. I wasn't in but the delivery driver helped my wife take stuff round the back of the house so it would be out of the way. With such courteous attitude I will absolutely be using these guys again and recommending to others. The prices were good as well. Can't praise them enough. | ||

| 30-Sep-2018 | Service rating : I only ordered 4 boards, but they delivered 10ft boards instead of 13ft boards. When I rang up to explain, they immediately hung up on me. One of the boards was damaged too. If you go for these cowboys you do so at your own risk. Or you could just go to Wickes instead. Product : As explained before, they short changed me and gave me the wrong sized boards. They hung up on me when I rang to explain their mistake. Go to Wickes instead. |
