| 10-Dec-2018 | Service rating : Having ordered at 10 am and paid for the standard 6-10 day delivery, I got a phone call around 2pm to ask me if I wanted delivery that afternoon as they had had a cancellation and so at 3pm my scaffold boards were there! Polite and friendly staff both on the phone and the driver. I couldn’t ask for better service. Product : Pristine new boards. Did what it said on the tin! |

In fact, the delivery was a week before the 6-10 service I chose [as the cheapest] so I had to phone Customer Service as I wasn't going to be in on the day they were coming. The young lady on the phone was very helpful and the delivery was made when my wife was going to be at home in the afternoon. The driver called an hour before he arrived, so I could ensure my wife was there to receive the delivery. Product : I'm rating this as timber plank, purchased to build three raised garden beds for my veggies. For that purpose the boards are excellent and, pretty much, the widest planks I could find at a reasonable cost [certainly far cheaper than Sleepers or raised bed kits]. I can't comment on how good they are as scaffold boards, as my days of swinging about on scaffolds are long gone. |
