30-Sep-2018 Service rating : I only ordered 4 boards, but they delivered 10ft boards instead of 13ft boards. When I rang up to explain, they immediately hung up on me. One of the boards was damaged too. If you go for these cowboys you do so at your own risk. Or you could just go to Wickes instead.
Product : As explained before, they short changed me and gave me the wrong sized boards. They hung up on me when I rang to explain their mistake. Go to Wickes instead.

Product : The panel was of excellent quality just what was needed.

Placed an order and paid for premium delivery.
Goods arrived on time but numerous items were damaged. Rang to report damaged items and sent email with photos
Received no reply so I rang and was told 'somebody' would call me back. Rang again and nobody answered!
Still waiting for refund or replacement items...........guess I will wait forever.

Terrible service, hope the rest of the company operates better than the Uxbridge Branch. Is it too much to expect somebody just to call a customer back.
