Placing an order
We would be happy to provide you with a quote for our quality range of products and all you will need to do is complete the following online quote template and we will issue you with quote details.
Actavo Direct head office opening times are 8am until 5pm, Monday – Friday. If you would like to check the opening times of your nearest branch you can do this through our branch finder. Select ‘More Details’ on your chosen branch and the opening times will be available.
To place an order, simply select the product you wish to purchase and your chosen quantity. Then select the ‘Add to Basket’ button (if you would like to purchase more than one product type, simply repeat the process). Once you have selected your products, simply hover over ‘Your Basket’ in the top right hand corner (the blue box will state how many items are in your basket and the total cost) and select ‘Checkout’.
During the checkout process you will need to input your billing address, delivery address and any other details we require; if you already have an account created with Actavo Direct your details will automatically be saved. Then select your preferred delivery method and input your discount code (if applicable). Finally, check the terms and conditions box and then select ‘Checkout’. This will then navigate you to the payment section of the process in which you must input your payment details and then select ‘Proceed’ to confirm the purchase.
