All our delivery times quoted are in Working Days. You can select to have your order delivered to a specified location or else 'Click and Collect' from a nominated Actavo Group Limited Branch.
You can purchase your goods online at www.actavodirect.com (“Website”) and have your order delivered to any of our Actavo Branches. The Actavo Branches available for delivery are as specified on the Website. If delivery to a Actavo Branch is required then this must be selected at the time of placing the order. No change can be made after the order has been placed to the Actavo Branch that you selected.
Delivery to our Actavo Branches is free and we will contact you via email, phone or text once your order is ready to collect.
When you visit your nominated Actavo Branch to collect your order you will need to provide a copy of your online order confirmation along with the card used to make payment and sign for the collection.
The opening hours for each depot are available on the Website.
We ask that you collect your order within 14 days of the date specified in our order confirmation. If you do not collect within this time then we can sell the goods to another person but you will still be charged for them in full. DELIVERY TO AGREED LOCATION
We deliver Monday to Friday excluding public holidays (“Working Days”). All orders placed the day before or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day and delivery time scales are calculated from the day your order is processed. Christmas delivery terms may differ, please contact us for more information.
There are three different shipping options as follows:
- Budget – aim to deliver within 6 to 10 Working Days
- Standard – aim to deliver within 3 to 5 Working Days
- 48 Hour* – aim to deliver within 2 Working Days
We will endeavour to ship your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. The above delivery timelines are estimates only this is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe and the order confirmation that you receive from us will provide a better estimated and we will contact you prior to delivery to confirm date of delivery.
*48 hour delivery terms and conditions:
- Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are eligible for 48 hour delivery (Please see delivery costs for 48 Hour UK Service). Orders placed after 1pm (Monday to Thursday) are eligible for 48 hour delivery from next Working Day.
- As delivery excludes weekends, orders places on Friday will aim to be delivered on Monday/Tuesday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will aim to be delivered on the Tuesday/Wednesday of the following week. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will aim to be delivered on Tuesday/Wednesday of the following week.
Delivery costs are based on the load size/value and distance from branch. Your order will automatically calculate the load size/value and distance from your local Actavo Branch to give you the delivery cost (Excluding VAT) prior to you placing your order.
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.
You will be responsible for unloading the products from the delivery carrier and for checking the order. In the event of a shortage and/or damage the delivery receipt must be endorsed accordingly.
A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
To exercise your right to cancel an order after payment has been taken, you must notify Actavo Direct in writing of your wish to cancel to firstname.lastname@example.org and Actavo Direct will arrange for collection of the Product(s) or otherwise provide instructions for convenient return.
You must return all Returned Product(s) to Actavo Direct in original condition (you will be responsible for any damage) and within 14 calendar days of your cancellation notice, unless Actavo Direct provides a later collection date.
Return freight costs will be payable by you. Actavo Direct will refund you the price (including budget delivery charge if applicable, even if you have chosen a higher delivery cost), less direct return freight costs it has paid on your behalf, as soon as possible and within 14 calendar days of receiving your cancellation notice. However, Actavo Direct may withhold payment of your refund pending receipt of the returned Product (in its original condition).
Please note it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. Refund payments are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Payments may take up to 10 working days to show back in your Account. Please note: If you return products in person, our Branches do not have the facility to Refund your Actavo Direct Payment.
